Maggie Morelos for the win

 Maggie outdid herself this summer making a total of 17 quilts and 10 pillowcases for Good Cheer.

June 2023 Good Cheer Quilts

 Thanks to Tonita Waters, Dani Donnachie, Rita McFayden, Jill Conger, and Barbara Michalec for all the quilts and pillow cases returned at the June meeting. We really appreciate all that sewing. 

Totals for this month are 16 quilts and 20 pillow cases. Good Cheer ladies made some of the quilts. 

May 2023 Good Cheer Quilts

A total of 7 quilts and 7 pillowcases were dropped off at Interfaith in May. 

The first two photos are both the Sandy's Choice pattern, hard as that is to believe. They look so different depending on fabric choice and layout. This is a very simple pattern and we always have them on hand at the meetings.

The next 2 quilts are both the Charms On Point pattern. A little more complex than Sandy's Choice, it uses two diagonal cuts to achieve the on-point setting. But still not a difficult quilt to make.

April 2023 Good Cheer Quilts

 April was a working meeting which means that we got a lot of quilts tied - 23 to be exact. Also got quilts back from Jenny Gillette, Rita McFadden, Barbara Michalec and Jill Conger. The Good Cheer ladies made seven quilts in April. 35 quilts this month!! 

Got back a total of 11 pillow cases from Karen Sue, Rita McFadden, Jenn Lutes and Tonita Waters.
